If you fail to receive your shipment due to absence or refusal of delivery, the order will be considered as canceled and sent back to our warehouse.
Please note that orders cannot be re-shipped. If you still wish to purchase, please place a new order.
In case deliveries get rejected or cancelled repeatedly, we reserve the right to refuse subsequent orders.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.
Please note: tracking information will be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.
You will become the owner of the goods that you have ordered once they have been delivered to your specified delivery address. At this point, the goods become your responsibility and XXAN STUDIOS no longer has any responsibility for taking care of the goods from that point.
Size exchanges
For domestic orders, we offer a one-time size exchange for free. If you require another exchange after the initial one, please contact us to discuss the options available.
Unfortunately, size exchange is not available for international orders at this time.
